You can introduce randomized intervals between 50–150% of the set time to mimic natural browsing behavior, reducing the chance of detection. For those needing the most accurate updates, RefreshMate offers cache clearing before each refresh to guarantee the latest content is always displayed. A visual countdown timer further enhances usability, showing exactly when the next refresh will occur.
