When I was a free member it was working fine, but once I started to record more videos I had to pay to keep watching them. After the payment, is not letting me record videos from my windows app and the fixes responses takes a long time, I think I won't be paying anymore and migrate to zoom or another one. Any suggestions?
Full screen or tab video capture doesn't work. The app just disappears after a few seconds of recording and when changing a tab. Useless.
The extension gests systematically stuck when doing an entire page screenshot. Screenshot => https://idearia.link/8kuIT5 I am a paid member of Droplr, the desktop app works fine. I am on a Mac with Chrome 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit). Cheers, Guido

I love the Droplr, but too bad they are moving very slowly. There is no roadmap, some feature even disappear, fixes take 6-12 months, etc. :(
When I do screenshot without annotation (drawing) everything is nice and sharp, but when I do a screenshot and draw something then everything goes blurry :( Windows 10 Chrome 76 Droplr Extension 3.7.1
