Specify the refresh interval and options that allow you to refresh the tab

It works great, though if there was an option for a chime or reminder that a tab has been refreshed that would be neat.

It's not very pretty but seems to work fine - and doesn't demand a ton of permissions that there seems to be no logical need for, unlike most of the competition!
