Fantastic tool! The platform is so helpful and has really helped me keep organized with my job search and focused on tasks. The different areas in the interface push me to be thorough. I was trying to keep track of all these things myself offline, but Teal improved my search immensely!
Love this, works much better than the spreadsheet I was relying on previously. I'm excited for more job search sites to be added (like Otta) but it is still very easy to manually add a JD using the extension for sites that aren't yet supported.

Teal HQ addresses a large pain point for job seekers. Since recruiters are now using ATS, how can we level up in a smart way? While other platforms offer one-off review and scoring of your resume, Teal scores your resume based on the job you are applying for. I mean, job seeking is hard and this cuts the brain power big time together with AI chatbots. Get the free version if you have the energy and time, but otherwise, save yourself my minimizing your efforts or increasing your reach. Either way, you'll feel like you gave yourself a better chance.

The job hunting market is brutal right now. There are so many people applying for the same jobs, and it's quite stressful. I recently started using Teal for help with my resume and for use of the job tracker. The job tracker is amazing. I feel so much more organized and it helps to see everything in one place. Also, it gives you a sense of accomplishment which is clutch during a time when you're unemployed. Great extension. Super helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
