I'm really enjoying Teal! It's tough for me to keep track of what I've applied for, but Teal makes it easy by autofilling job info, highlighting important details, and allowing me to add any other info I'd want to remember for later. I just wish it was available on different browsers!
I have no idea why it's taken so long to create a an extension that is so incredible helpful. It's been a game changer in so many ways! It's saved me time in searching and even applying for positions. I'm actually excited to be job searching with this tool and so grateful I found it.
Teal makes job searching so much easier! Prompts helps you write stronger resume bullet points, automatic links to companies on LinkedIn to see who you are connected to there, step-by-step on a daily basis is all laid out for you to check off and chart your progress. Job fit and work style assessments are available too. The only thing I've found to be lacking so far is the ability to attach documents like resumes and cover letters to the job postings you've saved. I tried another job search app and found Teal to be more comprehensive and fool-proof so you can focus more on making connections. I'm surprised on a daily basis that this software doesn't cost a thing: it has been extremely valuable to me with my job hunt. It's no secret that volume in applications increase your changes of finding the position you want, and Teal makes it super simple to find, save, apply, and track all those positions.

Engaging in a job is an unending juggle of applications, emails, and conversations. It isn't straightforward to keep everything straight and keep yourself motivated to take the next step with all of the various companies and applications you've got out. Teal is the virtual job hunt coach we all need. I will never try to find a job again without using it.
I've been working in the career development space for nearly 10 years now, and I am a HUGE fan of Teal's tracker. Keeping track of your job search activity is incredibly important and up until Teal came along I was telling my clients to use an excel spreadsheet. The UI is clean, simple and easy to navigate, but also has all the components you need (link to job posting, application status, interview status, contact information, notes). If you use this as your main job search project management tool - you'll be in good shape!
