I'm unemployed for the first time in my 22 year career due to an unexpected layoff and although I've always kept my resume fairly up to date, I had no idea how to job search effectively in 2024. (I got my first job out of college from a newspaper ad in 2002, an actual paper newspaper.) I'm so glad I kept seeing Teal on my LinkedIn feed, I opted for the paid version less than 2 days after signing up because I knew it would be the right tool for me. I'm really grateful for the product and also, seems like the social media team works overtime to make sure users know they're there to help and make the product better and better for us. Worth the money - no job yet, but I've got 155 optimized resumes in the works and I'd probably be working on #5 or 6 if not for Teal+ making me so efficient. (Feedback - wish it worked better to auto-save jobs on sites other thank LinkedIn, it's glitchy on indeed and hasn't worked yet for me on Glassdoor. Manual isn't so bad, but auto would be amazing.)
This extension and the Teal system as a whole are fundamentally changing the way I apply for jobs. Truly incredible piece of software.

Helpful for keeping track of the applications I've sent out. Glad it now includes functionality for saving jobs ads on many company sites rather than just LI, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

I love this extension! Teal is a great way to track every part of the job hunting process from beginning to end. Their cover letter AI has been a lifesaver. Hoping that they will add the FlexJobs website soon as one it supports. Teal has become my best friend throughout the job search, and I highly recommend it for anyone in the same position.
