If I could give a negative rating that would be more helpful. I have tried to use this on different sites that show they accept it, but it doesn't load. I will be removing this as it is not helpful at all. Wish I had read some of the reviews

After clicking on one of their money-back offers and providing purchase proof, I initially received an email stating that my offer was approved. However, shortly after, they claimed there was "suspicious activity" on my account and demanded documents to verify my identity and residency. Here’s the alarming part: they asked for highly sensitive information, including both sides of a driver's license, passport, birth certificate, or even a citizenship certificate—with no redacted details allowed. For residency, they wanted utility bills, tuition invoices, credit card statements, deeds, or even personal checks. Even worse, they expect you to send this over email, an insecure and unsafe method for sharing such critical personal information. This is not a bank or a reputable financial institution—they're a coupon company! The level of detail they're requesting is excessive and downright dangerous. I strongly caution anyone considering using CouponCabin. This process feels like a blatant attempt to collect sensitive information, and the risks of identity theft or fraud are far too high. Avoid them at all costs.
Terrible company that will be facing legal action due to their unethical business practices and dishonest owners. They can decide to not provide cash back even if you have a receipt and multiple other means of a confirming that a transaction was made.

I've never earned so much cash back so easily... this place is a win for me!! I just saw some bad reviews advising its a scam. I don't know their experience, but I have certainly benefited to the tune of over $300 in only a year since joining. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Just READ the guidelines for offers. My money is deposited directly to my PayPal when I reach a $50 threshold that I set for myself.
