The main features:
Multi language support (click on the extension icon and select a language in the drop-down list)
Speech input in any text field on the web (right click inside of the text entry field and select Speech pad in the Chrome shortcut menu)
Voice input to the clipboard - right click in the empty space on the page (not in the editable field), and select Speech pad in the Chrome shortcut menu. In this case, the Voicenotebook.com site will be opened and voice recognition will be started. if the "Transfer to clipboard" checkbox is checked in the option page of the extension, then the voice typing processed directly to the system clipboard.
Dictation to any windows or Linux application (Word, Excel, Gedit etc.). For this option an additional module must be installed from the Voicenotebook.com site.

I just installed this and find it works well, though I have no history with it yet. Word recognition is excellent. It has a slight delay but then types a phrase at a time, so on the whole it keeps up. I find it recognizes almost all of my words correctly whether I pay special attention to enunciation or just talk naturally with my Okie accent. Tried with different people and different computers, including one about a decade old. Linux integration works fine on openSUSE Tumbleweed (though it's one of the advanced features for which there's a modest fee). All that keeps this extension from a 5-star rating is a quirk: It drops double-letters, so "quill" comes out as quil and "office" as ofice. [EDIT: Actually these work fine in the voice notebook and text editor; they're only screwed up in LibreOffice]

Works relatively well. Needs smaller updates for instance when you want to insert additional text.
Проблема в Украине с данным плагином. Долго очень запускается. Как мне кажется проблема из-за yandex метрики. У нас яндекс заблокировали и её не грузит. Можно ли как-то убрать яндекс метрику для украины?
Расширение классное! НО! Всё проработало пару дней, а затем начались баги: "Уровень распознавания error: network". Перезагрузил комп, переустановил расширение, заработало. Попользовался ещё день, и снова та же ошибка, только перезагрузка и переустановка уже не помогают. Может логи сохраняются где-то на компе посмотреть?
