- Seeking 5 seconds backward and forward with arrow keys (adjustable time)

please add a feature to limit the number of shorts per day or per hours, they are quite addicting. also why is not possible to set shift + > or < as shortcut for increasing or decreasing speed? its the same shortcut for the horizontal video
