iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.

The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

Funktioniert, aber ich gebe die ganze Zeit irgendwelche PIN's und Fingerabdrücke ein, so eine Zeitverschwendung. Einmal PIN pro Tag reicht + Option für direkte Eingabe ohne Fingerabdrücke, sonst unbrauchbar.

The new iCloud Passwords-app is a huge improvement over the earlier implementation, now supporting authentication-codes and notes. - Although, it annoys me a lot that this extension requires a 6-digit verification code after every launch of the browser. Integrate Windows Hello-authentication in the extension and allow it to be unlocked if the Passwords-app itself is unlocked, and it will be a much better user experience.
