iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.

The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

It is rather curious that a Windows user might easily recover its iPhone passwords under Chrome whereas a MacOsX user would be penalized and prevented from doing it!

It doesn't work AT ALL on MacOS, which is ludicrous. Come on Apple! I'd be happy to use Safari but guess what? A ton of websites won't load on Safari, including many, many banking sites, government sites and financial sites.

I got this from Ian Corbit's review. I'm on windows and it didn't work at first like everyone else. In add or remove programs remove anything with apple in it (for me was icloud and icloud outlook). Restart pc then install icloud again. Worked for me hopefully you too!

Help, synchroniseert niet meer. Het heeft altijd goed gewerkt. Als ik in Chrome inlog op een site, geeft de extensie geen wachtwoord meer. Als ik naar wachtwoordenbeheer ga, is het leeg. Als ik het wachtwoord in mijn Iphone opzoek en in Chrome op een site invul, vraagt hij het wachtwoord op te slaan. Kortom: geen synchronisatie meer.
