iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.
The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

as with any apple device, the 2fa implementation is bananas, asking for code on same device ....?

iCloud Passwords Chrome extension for Windows works well, & i also have it on Edge.... Don't you all hate Apple ? ?*7% they're the best.....
full of bugs. a shame for Apple to release such an un-polished piece of code. in a nutshell asking 2FA verification at almost each webpage... Apple: just remove this plugin from the store and re-release it after really testing it

Seit Einführung von Passwörter stürzt iCloud am PC ständig ab. Außerdem kein Sync der am PC gesicherten Passwörter mit dem iPhone und umgekehrt. Völlig sinnlos, diese Funktion also.
In a pinch, it works. But it is extremely annoying to use. To begin with, every time you close the browser and re-open it, you have to type in a code. Yes, I know you are trying to keep my data secure but there is a fine line between usability and security. If you ignore that issue, it takes a few seconds for the extension to load a password. Often times, it says there are no passwords to fill. Just click on the extension again and it somehow magically finds the password to fill..! There is no option to search for a password or copying the password to clipboard. So best of luck filling your password into sites where auto fill does not work for some reason. And no, you can not copy paste your password into a native app - only works in a browser. Also, there is no way to create a new password. Basically, it works but is very handicapped.

New one way app from Apple, all info inn easy. if you wish to change password client its a Nightmare... Don't use it..
