NoVideo automatically blocks all videos on any URL but does NOT block images. This extension creates an easy way to limit your child or yourself from becoming distracted while needing to get work done or to prevent adult content from being watched.

Once Extension is installed their is only one way to toggle the extension ON or OFF and that's within the chrome extension settings. I highly recommend adding this extension to Registry Editor to prevent this extension from being removed or turned ON & OFF to get best use out of extension.
