Mouse Pinch-To-Zoom allows you to zoom in and out on a website without making everything huge and unreadable!
It works like a pinch-to-zoom gesture on a touchpad or a touchscreen, but all you need is a mouse wheel.
The extension offers four activation modes:
• Zoom by turning the mouse wheel while holding the Alt or Ctrl key
• Zoom by turning the mouse wheel while holding the left or right mouse button
You can also customize the speed and smoothness. All the settings are easily accessible by clicking on the extension logo.

This is what I was in need for a while. Especially helpful on google meet windows where other user's desktop does not fully occupy the screen as it does on Zoom (during screen share). I use this extension on Opera. To make it work, I needed to disable "fix for touchpad scroll". Also note that in Opera, this extension is disabled for search pages. Unluckily, in its tutorial, a search page was referenced where it can't work =) (with opera's default settings). Anyway, I'm glad I can use it on the rest of the pages. Thanks for your helpful tool!
Hi It seems there is an issue with RTL-direction websites, It doesn't follow the curser when zooming. I sent you an Email about this with a few examples.
A great answer for none touch screen users
I can't get it to work, on any site. The other ALT key works, but it only does the same as ctrl++ already does.
Holy moly!! This is what i have been searching for months now on my Ubuntu 20.04 after shifting from Windoes10. Thanks developer!! Do you have gpay or something where i can support?
Exactly like trackpad in Macbooks. Thanks.
Perfect! Wish i knew about this plugin earlier. Works great with the Logitech mx master 3 mouse, as the zoom that comes available on the mouse is not a pinch zoom. This addon fixes that!!! love it.
You are absolutely genius! I can feel your love for trackpad zoom. So do I! Now I can start to enjoy web browsing with mouse! I just tried and I don't know why it didn't work only in this page, though. Others are fine.
Utilissima e ben fatta.
