Not worth it. It works but maybe only on half of the applications. On jobs that ask you how many years of experience do you have with XYZ, it will sometimes put ZERO YEARS. Come on, any number of years would be better than putting ZERO.
It is not worth the money and the money back guarantee is an untruth. In my search for remote jobs (which this came highly recommended as a tool), I continuously receive non-remote jobs. I asked for my money back within the desiginated time frame and of course didn't get a response.
I have ben using this for a while now it does not work as designed and the customer help will not give a straight answer when it breaks... they repeatedly tell you to wait 24 hours... 24 hours comes and it still doesn't work and then again they tell you to wait 24 hours and you are in a doom loop.
Helped me get interviews and a job. Pros: It applies to a lot of jobs fast, which helped me get more screening interviews, then real interviews, then multiple offers. I had not applied for jobs in over ten years, so this software helped me apply to many jobs fast. And that volume helped me test my resume until I was getting more screening interviews, which gave me feed back for my resume, and I got better at passing screening interviews. That volume helped me get to actual hiring managers. And so my rusty interview skills were put to the test. Because LazyApply was feeding me so many interview requests, I got better. Sure, I bombed a lot at first, but with volume came practice, then mastery. Soon, I was getting multiple six figure offers. Both PRO and CON: It only applies to EASY-TO-APPLY jobs on Indeed and Linkedin which there are a lot of. If you want total coverage of all the jobs on these boards, you'll still need to apply on the company site. This still saves you a huge amount of time. And LazyApply has a new tool to speed up the process. Although I found SimplyApply better for this one thing. LazyApply is still better for auto applying. Cons: It's not perfect, but it's fast. It works the BEST for Linkedin. Less so for others. However, I got my job via Indeed. Indeed has been making changes to block these auto-apply apps. But it still saves time. You do need to force the app (on indeed for sure) to the right filters. For indeed, I then go back and do a manual search (sometimes) if I want to make sure I have total coverage of any good jobs. It kind sucks for the other job boards. But ... it's fast. It does seem to mis-apply on Ziprecruiter. And GlassDoor is so/so. It totally gets stuck on Careerbuilder because that job board keeps trying to have you apply to unrelated jobs. Overall, it saves a HUGE amount of time. Since Linkedin and Indeed have the majority of GOOD jobs, REMOTE jobs (which is all I looked for), LazyApply is well worth it. I purchase the app when it first came out an it was Rough! It's so much better now. For the small cost, I could test my resume by applying to LOTS of jobs every day until I was getting screening interviews. That volume gave me lots of practice interviewing until I got four offers and accepted one, remote, six-figure job (Start date Jan 2024). The job market has slowed, but LazyApply auto-applies on Linkedin, and Indeed well. And I recommend. Not perfect, but worth the cost.
Works great. It only does easy apply jobs (maybe 20% of total jobs listed?). It breaks on LinkedIn when it comes to a job you have already applied to. Would be nice if it managed workday account creation and email verification and application submission. ;)
Not very impressed it does not even remotely work. It applies to all the wrong jobs and it applies to a few jobs and then stops
Only LinkedIn is working. Indeed, Ziprecruiter and Dice have stopped working. There is no response from Support when contacted through email. Kindly fix it.
I've got whatever the top tier version is. I think its an excellent product, my biggest issue comes from program pre-populating a specific number for years of experience regardless of what the data field says. I understand why it does it, but I don't like it :)
Bad product. Does not work. Crashes often. USELESS. Waste of time. Horrible customer support. Costs way more than its use (if it even works). Looks like a scam!!!
A very impressive product to be honest. There are some random bugs here and there, but it works pretty well. There are new features that are slowly added. I really wish there was better filter support for the sites.
