It's a good idea and a good start. We make a patented product here in the USA and it hid some of our listings while other counterfeits were still in abundance. It maybe hid 5% of the counterfeits in our category. Not sure how it's scraping the info to come to the conclusion to hide a listing other than seeing if a random string of characters are the first word.
Outstanding! I knew Amazon was filled with slop brands but I didn't realize how bad it was. Thank you for this extension, this helps me filter out the noise.

Does what it says it will do. Crazy no one has created this before or executed it this well. Thank you for the awesome extension!
Seems great - I appreciate the option to just grey out items instead of hiding them. Currently have it set to strict + grey out, as some random company names still sneak through on the "normal" mode. Also just found the deeper settings, with the option to even block established chinese brands (Anker, etc) - which I would not use but appreciate as a separate setting. And an allow/block list too - wow! Way more to this add-on than I expected. I like the little flags on results page items - which gives me option to allow/block a certain brand without going into the deeper settings to manually add it to block/allow list.
Great stuff! I don't see the option for setting my filter level? I also don't see any listings getting greyed out.
