When it works it's great. Unfortunately, I have to uninstall and reinstall almost EVERY day I want to use it. It will work for a while and then the floating icon disappears. So linking emails is so much faster to do manually. I have given somewhere from 10-20 sets of feedback to ClickUp about this extension specifically and they just don't see it as an issue. I have installed it one more time but that's it. It used to be good but it's close to dead to me now. As the IT Manager for a group of companies and the thousands of clients we support I cannot in good conscience recommend this extension
This extension is magical Recently had issues with it, so I contacted support. They were super quick, then I updated the extension to version 1.10.7, logged out, logged back in and BOOM - back up to full speed flying through my tasks.
Literal garbage. This extension has not worked properly in the years I've been trying to use Clickup. It has some incredibly valuable tools, so you integrate them into your workflow, and then the extension crashes and you're really stuck. I would avoid it all together because now many of us are trying to figure out new workflows without it.
Ok, I got it back on my Gmail. Had to update Google Chrome. Delete then reinstall ClickUp extension and login back into Click Up. Refreshed Gmail and it was back after being gone for a few weeks!
Unfortunately, it's still broken.
Regulera. Hace unos meses iba ideal pero últimamente (2 semanas) el botón no aparece, habiendo que reinstalar 35 veces para que funcione por 5 minutos. (fácil tres meses)
Es muy util, pero desde hace unos meses la extesión presenta fallas y engo que desisntalar y volver a instalar la extesión para que vuelva a funconar. Será posible que lo reparen?
Doesn't work with gmail anymore
Here again to flag the Gmail issue. It really is the only reason I use this extension, and by extension, ClickUp.
The extension is great when it works. Unfortunately it stops working daily, I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again. It's been months and sadly your team has not been able to resolve this issue which is plaguing everyone. Please spare resources and fix this ASAP or you will lose customers. I am thinking of not renewing ClickUp unless this plugin works as my work is closely linked with giving tasks via Gmail.
