Great when it works, but it never works... I've had to uninstall and reinstall a LOT. After reinstalling today, I can't put anything past 31/12/24 for the due date but I've yet to perfect a time machine so that due date won't work for me.
IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN OUR BUSINESS AND OTHERS, AS SHOWN IN THE COMMENTS HERE, FIX THE EXTENSION. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
PLEASE, PLEASE stop spending time developing AI add on tools and look at the basics. This is meant to be a productivity tool and as you can see from the comments, a lot of peoples time is wasted by having to regularly reinstall this extension. Great tool when it works, but a waste of time when it goes wrong (which it frequently does). Come on put the development effort where it is needed.
Functionality - 1 star: Just had to uninstall it again today. It stops working, logs you out, and the only way to get it working again is to uninstall and reinstall. Features - 4 stars: I love that you can send a google email to a task, or create a task right from Gmail. You can also create a task from any website and include a screenshot.
Cuando funciona, es excelente. Pero por algún motivo que todavía no pude descubrir, cada cierto tiempo se cierra la sesión y deja de funcionar. Tengo que desinstalarla para volverla a instalar.
As others have stated, it stops working all the time. You have to delete it and add it again to get it to work. This is causing a loss in productivity. ;-(
Does not work most of the time. Come on ClickUp, where is all your funding going!
This is one of the worst "features" of an otherwise great product. It fails so consistently as to make our work harder and impede our productivity. If it isn't fixed soon we may have to find another project management system. Sorry Clickup, but between your terrible second attempt at a mobile app and this useless, time-sucking extension, you're close to losing a customer.
Can't assign due dates past December 31, 2024....and we are almost done with January.
Pretty disappointing. Now sure how to even compensate for the lack of operation of this add-on. If I can't communicate directly between my browser and my project management solution then...I do not have a project management solution. I have a complete project management roadblock. Would love to know if there is a workaround to create tasks from emails or from the browser screen.
