It deleted basically everything I wanted to keep and left a lot of the stuff I wanted to remove, destroying years of Twitter content and still leaving me a lot of manual work to clean up the things I wanted to delete in the first place. I set it to delete only replies (unchecked "tweets" and checked "replys" (sic)), but it deleted my top-level tweets too. What sense does it make to have a checkbox "tweets" you can uncheck, but still delete top-level tweets, which are not replies, because "replys" is checked? There's no preview of what it will delete or option to approve on a case-by-case basis as I've previously seen in other tweet deletion systems, it just starts bulk deleting whatever it guesses you meant to indicate with its unclear interface. It doesn't even what it's deleting so you can stop it and limit the damage. You only see that it doesn't work the way you thought it did when the job's done and your stuff is already gone forever.
thanks, very useful tool, saved couple of hours time to delete posts manually
thanks for this extension better then paid one.
Really working ❤️ Thank u
only delete 200 tweets in 1 day
It doesn't work.. I use the latest version of Google Chrome and this extension does not work, it does not delete any tweet.
I think this works but it won't let me put in the date of 2023-11-22 for some reason
It worked perfectly and let me delete all the tweets i needed to delete, it even had a filter that let me keep my original tweets
Although it isn't the fastest and doesn't delete everything, it still deleted about 99% within an hour. Highly recommend this because of how it doesn't ask for a payment and does what you want in a few clicks :)
Works as expected so far as I can see. The usage is really simple. I've analysed some tasks using "Developer View" of my browser and unfortunately many requests are blocked by Twitter with "HTTP 429 - Too many requests". The extension is still counting that the posts have been delete but in fact, they aren't. I would like to have some hint like: "issue because of too many request" so it pauses for some time (I guess the timespan is 15 Minutes in Twitter Developer Docs) and tries to start after this short interruption. Currently I let it running and sometime I re-start the deletion because there are some gaps where no deletion was possible
