Very easy to use extension. And Business Plan version offers: - read-only sharing - real-time export to PDF - organization wide sharing
Some serious hidden bugs. If a user has email in the shared label of another account, that email is deleted from the other account when the user deletes the email from their own Gmail account. There is no one-way settings for Gmail label sharing that I can find. Huge security issue.
cloudHQ is a simple to use tool that lets me onboard my new employees and also lets me share any Gmail label out with anyone I need to (like my contractors). Although it's not part of their free service, I also synchronize my Salesforce and Evernote to my Gmail labels, so it saves me a ton of time updating my team.
Here is the best way to automatically share emails across teams! Aptly called Gmail label sharing, this fine chrome extension is the best I have found so far that allows me to share select emails and automatically route them to the right members at the right time.
I just discovering this lifesaving email sharing app from chrome store, I have been using this for the past few weeks and I am very impressed! This really does what it says -- my Gmail labels are shared automatically with selected recipient and I don’t need to check if he has received the latest email as he always gets a copy of whatever email I receive in my Gmail label.

I recently found out about this chrome extension and since then I had never regretted trying it out. Gmail label sharing extension has helped me a lot and has made my email sharing and collaboration a breeze. I highly recommend this for any one needing to share emails without having to give access to their accounts. Highly recommended!!
I have to say I was skeptical at first, as I have tried previously a different tool to organize and forward my email automatically; but here with cloudHQ’s easy to use chrome extension, I am able to just set who shares my email and forget it. It’s all automatic and I can even choose to send or not the attachments (or save it in our shared repository). Great work cloudHQ!
cloudHQ has made my email sharing with my team very efficient with this Gmail label sharing app. I can have my email filtered with gmail label and automatically sharing copies to my teammates. It's the most effective method for managing my emails emails; more time in better endeavours.
