I always use my history and my google chrome seems to delete after 1 day and I cannot find anyway to change that. I hope this works, or I will have to stop using chrome. My history is very important to me

Downloaded this app in hopes that I could search by date which Chrome doesn't allow. Took a couple of minutes, but I figured out how to do that. In the search bar I type: date:2016-01-21 ... and up pops all of my history for that date. YAY! Thank you Randy!

This extension is prone to statistical "freakouts" making some of the numbers wildly inaccurate. Some sites refresh portions of their page, or I guess load various things to the page, triggering massive "visit" counts that distort the numbers. Here is one example: last month, it claims I visited MLB.com 1,983 times, all in the span of an hour. What? Another example: on one fateful day in December, I apparently viewed one news article on newrepublic.com 744 times in the span of 2 hours. I must have really liked that article! (I'm pretty sure I did not read the article 744 times.) It also seems to overcount twitter, and in general it organizes sites in terms of these "hits" which might correspond to different elements of a page loading, when it perhaps would be more useful to indicate time spent on them. Aside from these "freakouts" it is useful. You will learn which days you were super busy online, and which sites you most frequently visit. But you can't help but feel skeptical of the data.
