Unter Windows 10 habe ich den Chrome Browser als Administrator gestartet, wie bereits empfohlen, um den USB-Stick beschreiben zu können (Browser Icon mit der rechten Maustaste anklicken und im Menü dann "als Administrator starten" wählen). Dann muss man allerdings die ganze Prozedur nochmal durchlaufen, der Stick wird aber beschrieben und man kann chromeOS Flex auf einem Computer installieren. Bei dem muss man dem BIOS zuvor sagen, dass es als erstes vom USB-Anschluss booten soll :)

I am using a school chromebook for this because I want to make a backup in case I accidentally destroy the data when I am testing on it. Every time I try to make a copy it fails at a certain point every time. "Unable to unzip file." I don't understand and I need help with this. I formatted the sd card a few times and I feel like it is just the sd card.

I wanted to test Chrome OS Flex on some of our devices so I went through the tedious task of installing the recovery utility, downloading the OS image, unpacking, writing, verifying ... This Chromebook Recovery Utility did not work for Acer Chromebook 15 (CB5-571), which was on the list. I thought it might be my error, so I was determined to give it a try three times following instructions from the beginning to the end..."An unexpected error has occurred.
