I couldn't get it to open. Under details, I tried pinning it to my toolbar. Clicking the toolbar icon got it to open. But then it asks you to designate a specific Chromebook, and mine isn't on the list. Worthless.

Ya perdi dos USB, No esta inventado
Excelente, pude recuperar mi Macbook Air 2010.
Works from a chromebook/chromeOS - if you try from a windows device it will get through everything except "writing media" which is the last stage. It will hang indefinitely there. I have ran chrome as an admin, tried installing from a local recovery package, pre-formatted the USB drive, etc... nothing seems to help.
What a waste of time - I can't get past the first page of creating the USB drive - I've decided to disengoogle my whole life and get rid of the rubbish they are selling.
it is good for those who uses it
Stuck at 'get started'. Button not working. Waste of time.
