This extension has begun spamming me constantly by opening a new tab just to tell me to update my browser. This is a new addition to the annoying popups that have existed for years. I know how to update my browser and I know how to check if it needs updating, thank you very much. I don't need some random extension that I installed for YOUTUBE to tell me. This is especially obnoxious when it happens 5 times a week on my 12-year-old laptop that I use exclusively for YouTube and that can't handle having a ton of tabs open. It then chugs and hangs just because this extension has decided to open new tabs without my consent. Also, in reading through the reviews, this developer clearly has created fake 5-star reviews and leaves comments on everybody who dares write a negative review. This just adds to the insult because how stupid does he think we are to not see right through that? Dev, how about you spend more time removing the popups and stop opening unsolicited tabs, and less time creating fake reviews? This used to be a good extension. I used it for years. PS: I AM NOT A DEVELOPER. And I bet many of the people commenting here are not developers. This extension creates spam. It is hijacking our browsers. We didn't ask for it. We don't want it. Get rid of it or keep getting authentic negative USER reviews.

The functionality part of extension is good, however it is always opening new tabs trying to sell me things that I do not want. Seems eager to get my personal data.

Was alright until it started spamming that upgrade your browser nonsense every day, it's not even their job to determine whether or not you do so. How about you stick to your intended purpose and not add on annoying nonsense?
