Im actually thinking that the people review bombing them might actually be competitors. In my experience, 1. The ONLY popups are the following, Update chrome, and one when something new has youtube permissions. 2. It has never auto updated itself on me. 3. It has never auto installed anything on me. Since installing it almost a year ago I have had absolutely no problems with it. If your getting ad's you might actually have adware somewhere on your extension list or on your pc, because I DO NOT GET THEM. Note, Macafee and Norton are KNOW TO HIJACK EXTENSIONS. If you have either installed they are likely the culprit.
To the developer(s): I have already unchecked "Show Notifications" which I thought meant I wouldn't see one or more subsequent pop-ups as soon as I open my browser. I would appreciate if you would resolve this issue. Thank you.
Une extension de qualité avec de bonnes fonctionnalités malheureusement depuis plus d'un an, elle est devenu complètement intrusive, fenêtres chrome intempestives lié à l'application, publicités et même trackers concernant notre activité sur Youtube..
Every browser start there is at least one spam notification. Turning them off has NO EFFECT: I don't want your recommendations for extensions and I sure as hell don't need your suspicious "Update your browser" notifications. This completely spoils the experience with the extension!

Die Pop-Ups nerven extrem. Obwohl das in den Optionen extra deaktiviert ist.
Liked it but the pop-ups for recommendations for god-knows-what-all are too annoying.
Used to be better. Not worth installing now. Remove! Causes immense lag compared to other extensions now when opening chrome ever since they 'manage' and give recommendations on chrome. Popups are extremely annoying. Sometimes I accidentally click on one and its extremely frustrating.
IMPOSSIBLE TU TURN OFF THAT STUPID ALWAYS POP-UPS ABOUT PRIVACY,UPDATES,MALWARE!!!!!!!! ANNOYING!!!!!!!
