It became a bloatware, more options from YT don't work then do, pop-ups are annoying. Just don't use this app. Blatant disregard to the EU laws about cookies and being unable to do anything when you have adblocker on should be enough of a reason.

Blocks YouTube ads perfectly, which is the primary reason I use this plugin, but recently it has started showing annoying popups prompting to update Chrome and check the excensions. Thanks for the info, but Chrome already does a much better job of reminding to update itself and in much less intrusive way. After using this plugin for many years, I'm now uninstalling it and looking for an alternative.

I was thinking about writing a message to the developer about the annoying popup "you need to update your Chrome browser" that comes up every time I open Chrome, but from I'm seeing in the reviews, the developer doesn't listen to the users. So yes, even though the extension is great and does a good job on YouTube, the popups are bad enough to make me delete it.
