Terrible customer support. And Pop ups always trying to sell you stuff
it sucks
It take a long time before the vault will give you a prompt to enter password to open vault, then even when you have received the "open and synced" notice the vault icon does not display for login and password. Not consistent. It seems the longer you have it installed the worse it gets.
I'm not very pleased with this app. It often prevents sites from opening. With previous password managers that I have had, they are much quicker. When changing a site password, the previous pw manager would immediately pop-up and prompt me to save the new pw. This doesn't happen with Norton. If it asks if you want to save the pw, and you click save, the next time you try to access the site, you have to click on the Norton icon and choose from the pw's. Instead of updating to the new pw, it adds another entry. Then you have to go to the pw list and find the old information and delete it. I also don't like the fact that the pw doesn't auto generate when you are on a site. You have to click the icon and then click on the choice. I thought that since this was a Norton product, it would be great quality. I am not crazy about the fact that there is no way to add a desktop shortcut. If you're not on the internet where you can click on the extension icon, you can't view your pw's or edit them.
Wife cannot pay bills as this took over all her passwords. She has been very, very angry at this app. Deleting all Norton today.
It is way too slow to open, takes for ever. It was much better when it was a local app
Not good
If i could give this app and the support you get when things go wrong zero stars I would. I was migrated to this rubish app when BT changed supplier and i stuck with it for years even though it was making duplicates and hardly ever saving automatically. Then about 3 days ago it logged me out and lost my entire vault. hours and hours later on 'support' and i use that term ironically they just say, sorry it's locked out, you can't get back in and there is nothing you can do. they don't listen, one says one thing one says another, there is no second line of support and basically it;s all gone. never ever using norton for anything again. appaulled.
