This app - on both my laptop and my phone - has lost functionality. I have to keep un-installing & re-installing it to get it to work again. DO BETTER, NORTON‼
Sometimes the browser extension works, others it doesn't. Hopeless, seriously considering leaving Norton all together.
Horrible app to access despite good connectivity and windows diagnostics refuses access password manager it suggests to use the mobile app to no avail stupid runaround not a problem with desktop why the laptop?
This app is useless. When I TRY to sign into an app with my password function, the ID and password areas are filled in but highlited in yellow. When I tap on the yellow, the filled in yellow areas becomes blank. Then I have to go back to my passworded to look up ID and password and fill them in manually. I'm done with Norton. I'm looking for a new password app and a security app since Norton is continually being compromised. I'm nearly bald from pulling my hair out!
Failure like I have never seen. Worst product ever designed in the history of humanity. Norton might as well give your passwords to every hacker.

I have the worst luck at signing into Norton. Ive tried the paasword, passkey abd one time password. I'm about ready to just use the lifelock. That's the only thing that works for me!!!!!!
