Overall, I like this extension and what it can do, but in the past week or so, it stops responding about once a day. If I go into the extension manager and turn it off and then turn it back on, then it starts working again. Makes me think there is some bug that crept in with the extension update on March 31 to version 7.5.1.48.

I love what the extension can do. but man, when using chrome, i have to uninstall and reinstall it at least 3 times a month. its very annoying. you open the browser, and you go to use the extension and its just frozen and doesn't respond.

I gave the Password Manager a 2Star Rating from the Fact that it seems the only way to get on it is my Phone. The manager doesn't Work correctly on My PC, it wall ways Says THAT SOMETHING WENT WRONG! . It had worked Correctly in the past but recently has that Message, and My Phone Manager Is Already been Open at the Time of this Message and is Setup for opening the Manager on My PC !

Wish it worked consistently. 1/3 of the time the icon will be there, but clicking on it does nothing. And then 1/10 of the time I can't get the vault to work; It just loads a blank screen. I really, really, really want to like this, but it does not work 100% of the time, and it's a pretty important set of data it keeps.

I have used several password managers, switching between them throughout the years. If you only have a few simple logins Norton Password Manager does very well. But if you have complicated logins and several accounts from the same domain, Norton Password Manager does not know what to do and it gets confused...on mobile and on web browsers. Sometimes after providing the right credentials, which are saved in the Vault, it asks if "Would you like to save your new login". Another problematic area is allowing Norton Password Manager to automatic change your password on a website (Fix). I tried it twice and it failed. In one instance it change the password but the password saved did not worked. In another occasion it said that it changed the password, but it did not, even though it saved a new password in the Vault. I have several logins on apps and websites, that I have to enter credentials manually, since Norton Password Manager does not fill the info or says "No logins found". Of lately, the Norton Password Manager refuses to open. Clicking on the browser extension icon and selecting 'Open vault' causes it just to close. The issue is present no matter the platform. It looks like an issue at the backend...maybe with their servers. Maybe Norton should spend more time fixing instead of pushing more products ads to paying customers. What's the purpose of a password manager that does not work when you need it?

Im Grunde arbeite ich gern mit diesem Manager. Er vereinfacht die dauernd benötigten Passwot-Eingaben doch sehr. WENN ER DENN FUNKTIONIERT ! Immer wieder versagt er den Dienst. Ich kann klicken wo und sooft ich will, es tut sich nichts. Erst nach einem Neustart geht es wieder - wie lange ist offen. Ich weiss kein Mittel, das zu reparieren. Hilfe finde ich auch nicht. Ich brauche wohl etwas Neues!
