The password manager works well as long as you do not have to change anything. It says that a signin is updated but always reverts back to the old one. VERY FRUSTRATING--- AM AT THE STAGE OF LOOKING AT SOME OTHER VENDOR FOR MY SECURITY NEEDS!!!!!!
I installed it and it says it is installed, but, when I go back to the Norton page it says it is waiting. What's going on?
I start Chrome and click on the Norton Password Manager icon. It opens a small window where I must tell it to open my vault. I enter my vault password and it tells me that it's an incorrect password. I try the same password again and again it says it is incorrect. I now enter the same password again and add a number of digits to the end of it. It now goes quietly away with no error message and no message that the vault was opened and synced locally. I click the icon, click to open my vault and enter my password. Magically it now accepts my password, opens, my vault and syncs locally. Having to continually do this procedure SUCKS !!! FYI -> it does the same in FireFox.
I keep getting serverheadererror when trying to log in. Before that it would frequently only work some of the time. I have the deluxe suite and have so far not been impressed.
ERROR 400!! App has stopped working. Will not allow me to access search, password manager, or other Norton functions. Keeps asking me to log in but will not open the site.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich die Synchronisierung einsetze (um die Ordner zu aktualisieren bzw. zu bearbeiten) - dann wieder die Synchronisierung ausschalte, geht mit dem Norton Passwort Manager beim nächsten Neustart nichts mehr. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Norton Support, bittet der Support die Synchronisierung auszuschalten. Ich hoffe ALLEN damit geholfen zu haben. LG
Mostly I don't have any issues regarding the extension. I find it helpful and easy to use. However if you set the "site access" to "on all sites", it really slows down sites which contain multiple form elements (like on google contacts). To avoid the issue I had to switch "site access" on extension settings to "on click". I wish there was a whitelisted/blacklisted sites option, so that I would only disable the extension on problematic sites, not on all of them.
Stopped working 2 days ago, around 22 April 2019, I have reset Chrome, re-downloaded current Password Manager from Norton and NOTHING has worked. The Norton Password Manager works GREAT on Internet Explorer so I may have to go back to IE as the default browser. WILL CONSIDER USING ONLY INTERNET EXPLORER, PASSWORD MANAGER WORKS FINE WITH INTERNET EXPLORER
Not very suitable. I have password manager. May be provided by google.
i LOVE this because my memory stinks and this gives me ease of use and is highly protected !! God bless !!!
