Like all Norton Apps I trust and use it all the time, I would not be without it, I have always had a good response from all my Norton products, Identity Safe is a must for passwords etc, and Norton Security is an excellent way of protecting all your devices and protects you from everything that is trying to attack your personal information, I would not use anything else, and I have not had any problems at all and if I have a problem I go to Norton Help and they help me sort out the problem or repair my Norton when it is not working properly, I cannot speak highly enough of Norton, I always feel save and never worry about using any of my devices, it is well worth the yearly fee, I like the feeling of being safe and secure, you get out what you put it and i TRUST and believe in Norton. Very glad that I have it on all my devices.

This extension has now caught up to the other Norton Chrome extensions in hat it make Chrome almost unusable with constantly freezing screens. All Norton Chrome extensions are now worthless and removed.

Da l'ultimo aggiornamento ogni volta che chiudo Chrome alla riapertura di chrome mi chiede sempre di riaprire il mio Norton Identity Safe! ma non e possibile come prima impostarlo che inserisci la password per aprirlo solo 1 volta al riavvio del pc o quando entra in modalità stand-by del pc?

This is one of the good app, it really captures the needed data from the sites I visit and helps me to retrieve, I recently read in a forum that "IDSafe extension encrypts all the data from user and decrypt immediately when the user wants to view it! Algorithm used here to do this, is really impossible to break it!" I never faced any issue though, for these many days in usability!

The chrome app is fine no doubt about that. However the performance of the chrome app is poor. And let the big pages freeze (high CPU load) when loading a page. *EDIT 04-02-2019 * Also see another bug. When you use the setting: Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit: on click, than you can never unlock your vault when session expired. The fix is to put the setting back on: all sites and than you can unlock your vault.

This isn't working. I set it up and now it won't let me access my vault. Says I am using wrong sign in or password but I'm not. I have moved to 1password. But I would like to delete the Norton vault. I have a lot of other Norton products but won't buy/subscribe in future if this can't be fixed or deleted. Have no idea what to do. Help or advice welcome. Isabel Sawhill

Well just added the extension to Chrome. Logged into account, opened vault and entered password. On Explorer has always worked fine until the changes recently. Says I've entered the incorrect password which is not true - why because the hint is very specific and I have the password stored in another password manager on my mobile. So pretty useless. only option left to delete vault (like that's helpful !!). I'll just delete this extension and use a more reliable password manager I think. Will consider if Norton is for me when the renewal is up for my AV as well as just all seems very poor.
