The proctor I had was the worst! He threated to invalidate my test for breathing heavily even after my exam was completed and was notified of completion!! Very Rude!! I would rather test at a site than to deal with this again! You need to get people who value their job and not just a check!

It was a good/bad experience. Good because i was able to sort of finish on time. Getting violation for writing on your scratch paper or holding your head to far down. The proctor will pause your screen and have you take time out of your test to check the room. Can't talk or mouth the question when some people have a harder time understanding questions if not read aloud. Technical issues about starting the exam and doing the diagnostics check. Just the littlest things the proctor complained about. Wouldn't recommend too much stress just to begin the assessment.

This was a terrible experience for me! the proctor kept giving violation for no reason. I got violated because i was writing on my scratch paper . the i showed them what i was doing and got violated again saying I wasn't in the screen. I would not recommend this.

Screw this proctoring and the person who made me lock my ghost friend in the closet!!!! Absolute garbage. I understand they need to ensure no cheating but the proctor made me remove a stack of paper from my printer that consisted of two reems of paper, very heavy and now there's paper all over the room! The proctor also made me get up to close a closet door as if the boogie man was going to come out and give me answers. I also was told duel screens were not allowed and in the process of turning off one screen the browser closed and I was then made to restart the verification process. Once the verification was complete and I was ready to start the test when I pressed the begin button chrome had a popup that unsaved info would be lost and to confirm I wanted to proceed, this made me nervous that I would have to start all over again so I asked the proctor if this was normal... their response was "they cannot help me answer any questions that could help me take the test" and to contact customer service.
