I am so confused. I took my exam im not even sure if im done. I took it for NHA, my proctor wasnt any help it kept going back to question 1 and i asked 3 times if i was done. He told me to hit end session to go to next step so i did and now i cant get back in and i dont know how to contact these people. I paid a lot of money for this and im so confused. ??? Hopefully CS is reading this.

This is the worst at home test someone can take. Made me close closet doors, move books, even a piece of wood that had nothing to do with phlebotomy. There has to be a better way to take an online proctor exam. Just to be able to start the exam it took over an hour. This exam is not time friendly because of all the checks that have to be done.

After going through pre-examination and checking my computer area, the computer. they wanted me to remove a sticker that said enamored on it... and the stickers from my computer...as if. then i had to restart the process. Then proceeded to tell me that reading the questions out loud was a violation and if it continued that i would be kicked out and the exam ended. I was absolutely frustrated and was going to go sit in the middle of the street at this point because nothing was satisfactory. Didn't start my exam until after 45 minutes (when i had logged in prior to start test) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES>>>

everything went smooth. I only got one violation for trying to plug my computer in because it was dying and I reached for it and my whole face was not in angle, but overall no issues.

There were some technical difficulties, but they fixed them a lot faster than expected. Warning if you have a lot of decor on your desk, you will have to strip your desk bare. Good Luck on your test
