very convenient to do from home.
System kept kicking me out of the verification process for half an hour.
THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SIGHT EVER. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND TAKE IT ELSE WHERE.

Not Bad, easily installed and used
Did not have any issues at all.
The system kicked me out 3 times and had to restart the varification process over and over. Very anoied with process of resuming test.
I did not have any issues whatsoever!
Absolutely horrible my exam crashed 4 times they kept blaming it on my internet when it was not my internet. It appears be several people saying the same thing. I spoke to 5 different technicians that stated the same thing; the crazy part is I took PearsonVue PTCE exam the very same day and passed it using the exact same computer same set up and I did not have any problems so I know it was not my computer. After the 6th attempt, I go to finish my test guess what they never paused my exam...I returned to an exam that only had 20 minutes remaining yet I have over 70 questions left to take...what a waste of money. I will explain of this to my training center who paid for my exam to inquire about them gaining their money back and since I passed the PTCB exam. I hope they can have NHA get their money back from PSI...because I am going to take this up with BBB. One of the technical support representatives were out right rude. It is insane how they treated me...our should say some of the students below...its not right
exam crashed in the middle of taking it which was no fault of my connection. proctor was unable to answer questions on why this was happening and help line was no help either
