I commenced my work at 8:30, and initially, everything progressed smoothly. However, just as I was nearing completion, the screen unexpectedly went black, necessitating a re-login. Upon logging back in, I was required to repeat all the previous steps. Regrettably, the representative I encountered was unprofessional and did not exhibit a willingness to consider my concerns regarding the situation.

Program kept shutting out on me. Then while I was taking test it kept freezing up and the Proctor kept asking why I was pausing the camera.

the proctor was very unprofessional, halfway through i had to reshow my area after it was already accepted. i had to move a microscopic piece of paper, show underneath my dining room table, it was just a lot. Wouldnt recommend.

Proctor had me completely stressed before taking the exam. Would find the smallest issue, I'd fix it, and then they'd complain about something else in my testing environment. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. A candle sitting a table isn't going to help me cheat. Get a life.

The software could be more intuitive. I had to call IT because I had trouble with th e extension. Had to start over and show the room twice. Finally got started an hour late. I did have time to go over any questions I wanted to so I'm thankful for that. The video that is supposed to help you through the steps to get your exam started needs to be updated.

This is the most stressful test I have ever taken in my life. My test was scheduled for 6pm but it took more than one hour to fix technical issues and upload google extension. I hope I never have to take a test with them again
