I told my proctor before starting the exam that it showed a wifi issue, my screen then froze and I panicked. I was upset that my proctor did not help me with this situation before the exam. I even cried. Not sure if I had the same proctor all the way through but this process is extremely stressful. My dog was walking around so I looked at my dog and I already explained my dog was in the room. I still got a violation. NEVER AGAIN !! I also could not think out loud, which helps me get to my clinical answers. Was not cheating just not reasonable at all.

System is very sensitive to wifi issues. Proctor was nice but still very stressful to say the least. I have used other online testing programs with much more ease such as Respondus lockdown browser.

I wouldn`t suggest that anyone use this system. they are really incompetent and don`t know what the hell they are doing. This is the second time they messed up and I will never use them again. The only reason I used this is because I was in the comfort of my home. But I just hope and pray they fix this soon or they will lose alot of money and business.

Within the first 10 minutes of my exam I experienced technical issues and was logged out. I was able to get back in and resume my exam, but it was super stressful! The proctor was nice, but I was so surprised at how vigorous the environment check was. I had to remove everything from my desk, even a candle and wedding photo frame. I also had to take things off the wall, and move the trashcan out from under my desk. I don't see how it needs to be so serious, I never had this experience even in University with online exams. It took me 20 minutes to do everything! I even had to take off a thin gold bracelet, I thought they would ask me to take off my wedding rings! After the test, even though I didn't use my scratch paper and it was clearly completely blank, I had to tear both pages into the smallest pieces. I felt it was super unnecessary, given its only a Clinical Medical Assistant exam, but whatever!

absolutely horrible. so many technical issues i had to reload twice and i was kicked out several times and proctor paused my screen due to their technical issues. could not even concentrate on the exam i was so worried about getting kicked out and having to restart the entire process allll over again. proctors gave weird vibes not ideal for a testing situation

could not agree more about the prison/hostage vibe. You can't even think out loud to yourself, which is how many of us process information. And having to rip up paper for no reason was ridiculous.
