The proctor I had was extremely rude. I had to pretty much have NOTHING around me. They were hateful when I would ask questions. I was nervous that I would make a sudden movement, and they would think I was doing something to cheat. During the survey, something popped up on my screen from accidentally hitting a button, the proctor made sure to scold me even though I was no longer in my exam.

Whether these proctors are real or not, they really pissed me off. It took me about 45 minutes before I could even start to clear damn near everything off the desk (mind you i have an in-home office so there's GOING TO BE OTHER STUFF AROUND). i got like 3 new proctors and i had to be stopped twice in the middle of my exam to show my desk space for whatever reason. Here's a crazy part to this: The proctor literally told me to remove my blank printer paper from the printer multiple times. IDK where this company or whoever is finding these ai people or real people but i was really pissed

I've had proctored exams before, but this proctor was extremely picky and short of being rude. It took over an hour to do the survey of my room & me as a person down to a visual inspection of my ear canal in the camera! By the time we were actually done with the visual inspection I was not mentally ready to take the exam and was literally in tears and "could not concentrate". I will not do another exam at home with a proctor ever again!!!

I had a pretty easy time. You do have to remove everything from your desk which makes sense but is a bit of a pain. It can feel extra stressful though because they are very throughoug and cautious so if you deal with test anxiety you may want to take it in person instead.

Would recommend using a laptop rather than desktop because of the enviorment section. Certain things like headwear being prohibited didn't make sense to me. As for the website itself, pretty good. Protor was chill, considering I disconnected several times.
