I had a fantastic experience taking my test from home. My proctor was patient and kind while verifying my information. They even wished me luck as I got to the testing page, really kind of them. I lost acceptable bandwidth once during testing and my proctor hopped right back on and rolled with the punches. I got through my test quickly and efficiently. Such a great experience.

This was absolutely awful. The chat was wildly unhelpful when it came to problems outside of the normal testing experience. The inability to reload when a problem occurred caused me to need to re launch 3 times without the proctors ability to stay connected and help this along in a comforting and easy manner. I don't think this interface works well for test takers or proctors and caused me a great deal of distress.

Generally I never leave reviews for anything, but this was by far the worst proctoring experience I have EVER had in my life. If I could give it -10 stars, I would. Whomever came up with the way they conduct their proctoring, need to go back to the drawing board b/c this is definitely not it. If you've already looked around the entire room, then why can't I read the questions to myself. If my mic is on and you know I'm in the room alone, WHO can I talking to, to get an answer, other than myself. I'm sitting directly in the camera's view, haven't gotten out of my seat one time. So if I happen to put my hand over my mouth (in a gesture that I do all the time by the way), what do you think I could possibly doing? I was so upset by the time the test began, that I started not to even take it. I could go on and on, but I do believe it's pointless. Believe it or not there are still some honest ppl in this world and not everyone wants to cheat. SOME OF US do have INTEGRITY!!!!!!! PS...and no, the proctor was not friendly, personable, or have a good disposition. Very unprofessional

This was just terrible. Procter made me get up in the middle of my test to turn a light on and i had to tell them to pause my test. They actually made me get up 2 times during my test and the first time i didnt realize i was loosing time and then when it happen a second time it really upset me and ones again i had to tell them to pause my test. Thats not supposed to be my job!!!!!!!

horrible..horrible.. they paused my exam many times. kept telling me that my microphone didn't work but then allowed me to still take exam. told me they were going to give me ticket numbers for my customer service experience and i am still waiting for these ticket numbers. felt extremely stressed taking a national exam totally upset.
