Let me say just say that the set up was terrible if i would have known that i would have went to a testing center. They even made me take off my bracelets off and asked was they part of any religious beliefs that right there was doing way too much. They keep asking to see my room and couldn't even read out loud to myself even though i was in my own room. They wanted to see everything in my room i didn't even start my test till 11:20am.

This setup is horrendous. My so called proctor kept telling me to turn my webcam for a room scan, wall to wall floor to floor. I said twice that I was on a pc with a built in camera and that was not possible and asked for instructions on how to do the room scan in this case. Instead of providing me with the instructions I asked for, they suspended my test and told me to log back when the room is ready. The room is ready they just keep asking me to rotate a non existent webcam. I cant pick up a pc and rotate it so what exactly am I suppose to do, run out and buy an external web cam to satisfy them? This is ridiculous why allow online testing if you're going to make it this difficult. Who are these incompetents working for PSI and who thought this was a good idea.

This is a horrible set up, it's impossible to get help. I was put in a pended status due to having to grab proof of divorce for a name difference, I came back and I was dropped, now I can't get back in.....!!!!!!! I'm so frustrated

This is the second time i've had to reschedule my exam due to " technical" issues. I was suppose to take my exam on March 1st 2024, i could not launch the exam. I called the PSI IT and they said it was a my "webcam ". I EVEN LET THEM HAVE ACCESS to my computer!!!! I had to wait 24 hours to reschedule along with an " no show" on my account ( i am a person of structure and i'm never late ). The next time to reschedule this exam was March 10th @ 5:00am!!!!!! I was UP at 3:00am this morning running my software, updates and testing my computer. EVERYTHING SEEMED to be golden. I click the launch button at 4:30am and i get the same issue as last time. So, i called IT thinking I have 30 minutes clearly they can fix this, COMPLETELY WRONG!!! I was transferred THREE times. The first lady wanted to reschedule me and I STRONGLY told her NO, I need to speak with someone to help me with this issue ( I DID NOT get up at 3:00am for NOTHING ) the second person i talked to said " its something to do with the file of the exam, let me transfer you to someone who can help you..... " the last person i talked to TOLD ME " i can't help you with that i can put a ticket number in and you can reschedule in 24 hours " ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have a deadline to take this exam March 16th to be exact and you can't help me? He told me to call NHA ... i call them... they are closed ...... what type of organization is this? I am to the point I'll drive hours away just to take this exam. Pass or fail. Not only are these people interfering with my education, they are wasting my time. I started this program because i am a busy mom who just wants a better life for her family. Maybe i should have done an in class school were the process of these issues would be resolved. This is so stupid to get the run around. I have no idea what to do and no one in IT CLEARLY has no idea either.

This system is horrible i can, start my exam two twice, i don't now how to do my exam, Twice since the same thing happens to me, who answers, I couldn't take my exam, no one showed up, the PSI doesn't work, who answers because of the time and the certification is needed. Tried contacting anyone and never got to someone. Was 30 min early.

I couldn't do the test because software wasn't picking up on my camera it would come on then turn off then I would get a new check in specialist every time it happened so I couldn't do my exam

No starts this is horrible my test started at pm CST today and not even the techs know what's wrong . And the NHA will wanna charge me fees to reschedule this is a software issue!!!!!! Its not even launching my test to start and then I got on from my work laptop and it launched but they still can not get the cameras to connect and I have gave permission everywhere I can.

Terrible software. I got it all together and started and right before I started my exam the server went down and when I called for support no one answered. What am I suppose to do now? Definitely do not recommend this software. Waste of time and money. Feels like more of a scam to me. Zero stars if I could.

Worst software possible to use. Stay far away from this software. The only reason it has 30,000 downloads is because people are forced to use it.
