Also known as "BTTV" or "Better Twitch TV" by the community, BetterTTV aims to add new features to Twitch and YouTube (in beta).

Here's some of the features we add:

• Extra emotes in chat - BetterTTV global and per-channel custom emotes

• Improved emote menu

• Custom keywords targeting phrases, words, users, and chat badges

• Split chat lines for easy reading

I am no longer able to access my betterttv options so I can customize my experience, this is very frustrating.

I love the idea of this extension, and for the most part it kills it, but there are still occasional bugs that will result in a major part of the page failing. An extension should never cause bugs for what it is extending. Also I'd love to see the "Disable hosting" setting disable the hosted stream but still show what is being hosted. I like this feature because hosting a channel will resume a client's paused stream, but sometimes I do actually want to watch the hosted channel.

basically a must have if you browse twitch, many options to tweak and exclusive emotes, all for free. 5 stars :)
