Sound notifications on Zendesk tickets from views of your choice

This extension will notify you of new tickets you receive on the view of your choice, in real-time, with a sound alert. Clicking on the ticket in the extension opens the Zendesk ticket in the already open Zendesk tab or a new chrome tab. You can get alerts on new tickets and when a ticket has a new comment.

App randomly turned paid. It was always free. The pricing is way too high and turning the app paid without pre-warning is utter nonsense. Uninstalled it, turned 5 star review into 1 star and cannot recommend it anymore. A shame.

Love This!!! My notifications were coming in *so loudly* (because other apps were too soft so I had to crank my volume up) but they added a volume option for me! (Maybe for others too but I love it so I'm claiming it.) Thank you so much!!

This app is really helpful! I was wondering if there is a way to control the notification separately for each Zendesk view? (ex. I want one of my views to have silent notifications while my other view I want the sound notification on).

Useful extesion. One question: is it possible to change the notification sound? I wanted to change it to softer sound but when i put my .wav file and renamed it to "button_click.mp3" Then there were no notification sound at all and the extesion became corrupted I wanted to insert this calm sound for my notication https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K5wLwfV6wfXPD3x1-zMCGpARi0haoexx/view?usp=sharing Is it somehow possible to change the sound to a custom one or make it quieter? This extension is great, but only 3 stars because I can´t select more than one view simultaneously. Hope you update it and so this extesion will be super great!!! Thansks!

This is useless because everytime you refresh it turns off and you have to log back in again for it to work. HELLO! Its zendesk, I have to refresh often to see the new tickets that you are supposed to be alerting me about. Now how can you alert me if I don't refresh and if I refresh you won't alert me....

It didn't really work. It would keep turning off if I went to a different tab and then a new ticket would come in and it would make no noise or notification at all. It worked maybe 10% of the time on my mac.
