One of my favorite, must-have utilities. I use it multiple times a day. The Chrome extensions adds another level of convenience and functionality.
Feature is good but annoying behavior when need to login, it just show up in between and no way to close or remind it later.
FCC is such an awesome tool. Since following up is a breeze, I've closed A TON more deals. This tool is a no brainer. Love it!

I am pretty new to tools like this and have found this one easy to use and really helpful to my workflow.
Amazing how email tracking works - tells me customer read email - time to call ... it is not invasive like "return receipt"
very good app
My gmail inbox is my "to-do" list, and I LOVE being able to keep it de-cluttered. Having messages pop back in when I need to see them, and no sooner, is MIRACULOUSLY GLORIOUS.
So far, it's good. Not used too many of the features YET (second day of use), howwever it's really performing well for me. I'm loving that now it's easy to track emails generally and to know when someone opened the email. It has been useful in tracking complaints resolution issues and chasing intentionally "difficult to contact" people, I know WHEN they looked at it, so despite their protestations, I KNOW.
