very good. better directions are needed
It doesn't do anything. Not very easy to understand. Install chrome extension. When I open my email, there a followup icon on my right. Click on it, ask to login, then nothing happen. Disinstall, delete the extension, reinstall, anyway still doing nothing. Not much instruction to help understand this application. Now I want to deactivate. How do I do it? Again not indicated. It took access to all my information though.
So far so good loving it wish it could plug in to ZOHO
can't imaging doing business without it
With this app you can: 1- improve efficiency in answering emails (you schedule when responding) or resend another email to go and conduct their interactions via email (you do not lose contact with the other party). And with the integration with Gmail, as other colleagues said you can use: - Snooze button: is awesome because you can snooze any email, not just the ones you've reminders for remember. I like to snooze e-mail I get fron other people. - Buttons for follow ups and the send later: this functions are excellent When You are composing emails. I sometimes want to talk like a person only at a certain time, so I program the message to send later. Show! Some tools make the most productive individuals. This is one in my opion. The paid service is very interesting and improve my results both with my family and in my business. Thanks!

I did a test of Boomerang and then FollowUp. No comparison. Follow-Up is easy, it's interface is clean and easy to understand and actually does what it's supposed to do. My struggle has been keeping up with the volume of e-mail I'm getting and it was becoming my weakness of responding promptly. In the course of two days, FollowUp has taken my weakness and made it my strength. Really recommend it!

I've been a customer of this product (paying actual money) for a couple of years now. When renewal time came around I was bit reluctant to re-up, but took the plunge; since I'm very email-centric. I was astonished with and delighted at the new UI. The integration with GMail is just superb - an absolute pleasure to use. More product designers should pay attention to what the guys & girls @ FollowUp.cc have done
