The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.
With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.
Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

Das separate Web-Softphone ist weg. Katastrophe!
Die Erweiterung kommt jetzt wieder runter. Ich bin ein großer Freund von 3CX, aber diese Erweiterung ist nicht gut umgesetzt und das stille Updaten der App zu einer mit einer ganz anderen Funktion ist nicht wirklich transparent kommuniziert. Vorher konnte man die Erweiterung auch zum Telefonieren nutzen, nun ist sie nur noch als Erweiterung gedacht, um schnell Nummern via Desktop App oder Webclient zu wählen. Leider ist die Erkennung von Telefonnummern enorm schlecht. Alles was auch nur Ansatzweise aus Zahlen besteht, wird plötzlich als Telefonnummer erkannt, auch wenn es definitiv keine ist und damit auch kein gültiges Nummernformat hat. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier auch kaum welche, man kann lediglich Webseiten ausschließen. Leider wenig hilfreich. Als Nutzer eines richtigen IP-Telefons hat die Erweiterung nun komplett den Sinn verloren, weil sie nur noch stört und mit Hardware-Telefonen nicht verwendet werden kann.
When are u gonna bring back the extension already?
the new update - limits the use to click2dial - while the previous version enabled you to dial from the computer. It feels like a downgrade. Also I am missing to use the extension button to open the 3cx console to initiate a call. Please, bring back the opening of the 3CX phone applet (mini window) to allow manual dialing from the computer - or at least to open the 3CX webclient (at least)
Após a última atualização ficou péssimo, como podem fazer isso ? Causam danos enormes para as empresas. After the last update it sucked, how can they do that? They do enormous damage to companies.
Magnifique gestion en interne, on ne met plus à jour l'application lourde windows / mac démerdez vous avec le plugin Chrome, 2 ans après : nous arrêtons le développement de l'extension démerdez-vous tout court. l'an prochain j'attend votre mail de renouvellement avec impatience.
Unter Linux war die Extension die einzige Möglichkeit direkt aus dem Browser heraus schnell zu telefonieren bzw. angerufen zu werden. Jetzt nach dem Update ist die Erweiterung nutzlos. Grandiose Firmenpolitik.
The new Update is a disaster. The most valuable function of the extension is now gone without a alternative solution (for macOS).
Une extension devenue misérable. Globalement 3CX C'est de pire en pire : - Plus d'API disponible pour s'intégrer aux autres applications. - Un abandon total des utilisateurs de Firefox. - Un abandon total des utilisateurs de Linux, qu'ils utilisent Chrome ou Firefox. Quelle est la prochaine étape ? Pourra t-on encore téléphoner en 2022 ???
Bonjour, depuis la dernière mise à jour du 8/12, l'extension Chrome/Edge ne fonctionne plus. Pourriez-vous, s'il vous plait, corriger ce problème ? Merci !
