The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.
With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.
Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

as mentioned by others today, the popup window with phone control doesn't work since today, why?

What happened to the webclient? I am daily-driving linux, and was using the Chrome extension to receive calls And now I can't use 3cx at all!
Bonjour, je partage les autres avis. Depuis la mise à jour du 8 décembre nous sommes en totale régression. Un clic sur un numéro ne m'ouvre plus de page Web avec le clavier téléphonique...Je suis obligé d'aller sur l'onglet de mon 3CX... Aberrant vous pouvez faire un retour arrière??
Durfte jetzt bei allen Nutzern die Desktop App installieren, sehr nervig der Fehle was ein Glück, dass die nicht wie ursprünglich geplant abgeschafft wurde
Нету отдельной программой,только через браузер,верните!!!
Нету отдельной программой 3сх web client. Теперь нужно все делать во вкладке в браузере.
Totally useless since the last update, they have removed the small popup window with phone controls in favor of the WINDOWS desktop app. Current app's only purpose is to annoyingly convert numbers to phone numbers which have to be opened with the 3CX Webclient. Please rethink your choices, we don't need an extra app gobbling up extra resources if everything works perfectly with the old Chrome extension.
