MCPを介して、LLMにブラウザーを操作させることができ、またサンドボックスに閉じていないので、現在閲覧しているタブとワンクリックで直結できるのは革命的である一方、ウェブサイトと直結できるがゆえに、裏側で何が行われているかが分からないことを非常に心配している。GitHubリポジトリがあるが、サーバ実装だけが公開されており、拡張機能のソースコードは非公開である。もしかすると、近日、悪意のあるコードが注入されて、情報が窃取される、といったインシデントが発生することは想像に難くない。もし利用する際は、開発者が悪意を持っているだろうと思いながら利用することが賢明だろう。 This extension is a revolutionary because we can have LLM use browser via MCP, and we can connect to current tab directly in one-click since it doesn't rely on sandbox-based technology. But I am worrying that we can't know what happens behind the scene, as it can access the whole browser function directly. There is a GitHub repo, but don't be fooled, it only contains server-side implementation, and it doesn't contain the extension part, which is a heart of this software. Perhaps, somedays, the author may inject the malicious code, and steal the private information. If you really want to use it, it is advised that, you should think that the author is malicious during use.
