- This is a native desktop integration extension for KDE Plasma that communicates with a local native messaging host (plasma-browser-integration package). It does not implement any login UI, authentication flow, or require any user account. The extension uses nativeMessaging to connect to a local system service, not to any remote account-based service.
Чотко. Особенно порадовало, что оно ещё и неплохо настраиваемо. Впрочем, как и в сё в KDE.
There is a bug throwing an error on my newly installed Kubuntu 18 LTS
This extension blocks screen sharing if you are using the gotomeeting web app. You can no longer share your screen if you have this extension enabled. Please fix.
Пишет, ошибка итерации браузера с Plasma
This is a useful extension but unfortunately only to a point. I'm using SoundCloud and it can only pause music playing there, when I press resume, it starts playing one of my paused YouTube videos (it resumes SoundCloud only, if no YT tabs are open, I think). The second issue is that this extension is preventing my monitor (and to extension the whole computer) to go to sleep. I'm running KDE Plasma 5.13.5 on Ubuntu 18.10 (x64) and when the screen times out and wants to turn off, it goes black for a few seconds (doesn't really turn off) and then turns back on again (and stays on for an even longer time, than it should based on the screen off timeout settings), like some ghost touch would wake it back up (if I disable this extension, my monitor turns of as it should). I really like the work that has been done with this extension, but because of these issues I've had to disable it. Would really like to use it again if these issues (at least the sleep one) would get resolved.
Awesome, as everything KDE.
Simply, it does not work on Kubuntu 18.04 64bit and Chrome 70.0.3538.110. "Failed to connect to the native host. Make sure the 'plasma-browser-integration' package is installed." Additionally, there is no any resources or hints tells how could I install the regarded package.
Great work ! It works perfectly on my desktop, though I'm sharing my chrome browser on different computers and one of them is not running kde : the extension keep running an error message that the extension can't be launched ...
ахуеть как круто. + добавить в связку kde connect (android apk) и ноутбуком можно вертеть как угодно
