Obsidian Web Clipper is the best way to save, highlight, and interpret the web:

- Highlight: Easily highlight important passages, and save highlights to Obsidian. When you return to a page, your highlights are visible.
- Interpret: Use natural language to extract and modify data from pages. Compatible with any model provider including local model options.

Can't live without
This plugin has become an absolutely essential part of my workflow and sped up my ability to capture thoughts, notes, highlights and even full pages to read later, so I can move on and not end up in tab hell while jumping between thoughts. It works great with no set up, but the ability to make custom templates and set capture rules is so powerful for research workflows.
Thanks for this Extension. Its very helpful for me to gather information from the net to obsidian app. Love it...
Great addon for the Obsidian users, ease of use and customization.
Love it. I especially like copying my ChatGPT conversations directly into Obsidian.
I'm a relatively new (3 months?) Obsidian user and this extension is a game-changer! Default settings are fabulous enough - saves a readable version of the web page right into Obsidian, with link-back to the original and other meta data. You can add notes right as you clip it if you want to add comments, etc. for WHY you're clipping it. But the true power is in customization - for instance, I have it recognizing IMDB pages and using a different template to add shows right into my "You Want To Watch This" list instead of my usual clippings library. Totally indispensable tool!
Using it in conjunction with Obsidian has easily become one of my daily habits～
