Great program but would be much more helpful if able to see if specific purchase is actually eligible for the promotion before purchasing. Not clear if use of coupons on store site or if use of SHOP to populate credit card info invalidates CITI promotion. Please advise. Thank you

Constant popups....every time you open a page on some sites it sends the popup again. You can say yes, give me the offer and it still pops up on every page. I'm really close to uninstalling it. Not sure it's saved me any money, but it's frustrates the living daylights out of me on a daily basis.

I placed an order back in August of this year, with a very high cash back promotion. I've been on the phone with customer service from Citi, and the retailer more than a dozen times since September, and still no one can tell me why I haven't received my statement credit. Honestly, it seems to me that no one at Citi is even aware of Citi Shop or how it works, and neither Citi nor the retailer is taking responsibility for the failed activation. Would love to finally speak to someone who knows what they're talking about, and get this issue resolved. I'm expecting over $300 in cash back, so it's worth the fight. Great concept in theory as long as it works, but as soon as something goes wrong, no one is available or willing to fix it.

The credits are great. Would be nice if there was a way to see a list of all participating merchants without having to search (similar to shopping portals). Also, would be nice if it were available for android devices.
