Yes! I love it!!!
I love saving money whenever I shop. This app makes it so easy to have your card balance credited when you make your purchases. The app actually reminds you that you are being given a credit. Today, I received a 20% credit at Lowes. Now that was a big surprise.
Easy to use, however they need to remove the rewards $300 max cap per year limit.
Once you have the extension installed, it automatically populates the additional cashback savings for every website you go on. No stress because as long as you use your Citi card, you are going to get the max savings. Great app!
Haven't had any problems yet statement credits appear as advertised. Don't know if it was a fluke but got statement credit offer at Lowe's for 30%plus made the purchase and got the credit for that one purchase. Normally get 1.5% back with them.
I just bought a controller at Best Buy and got an email that my rewards are on the way! It's nice to see the exact amount I was going to earn. Highly recommend.
Made an order with Shark and never got my credit for the % I was supposed to. Tried calling Citi Shop but they just passed me through to different people that did not understand the Citi Shop program and provided zero help. Total waste of time and expected savings.
Lowes order didn't even acknowledge CityShop. I paid with Pay Pal and it defaults to my Citicard. Very confused.
Ordered from Lowes on the Citi shop extension just not sure how I will get my present back maybe you can clarify on the site that if it will show in my credit card statement or elsewhere. I only placed an order because of the promo not sure if I should return product.
Very confusing, but worse than that, the marketing states 20x savings. I purchased from Lowes, which stated appliances 7% off, and when all said and done. Nothing, not a penny savings. I had a windows open in Firefox and it was the same price as with Citi Shop. What a WASTE OF TIME.
